At AuraFragrance.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the fragrance in its original designer packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
